Standard Cleaning is the visit most Midtown residents put on a repeating schedule and then stop thinking about. Your cleaner follows a fixed room-by-room checklist — dusting, sanitizing, mopping, tidying — so the result is identical whether you're there or arriving home at midnight to find it done. Because we're staffed around the clock and we handle your building's access requirements ourselves, booking it takes a message rather than a week of coordination.

Midtown apartments concentrate a lot of different surfaces into a small footprint, and that's what shapes a routine clean here. A one-bedroom in a Hudson Yards or Garment District tower will typically have engineered stone counters, a glass shower enclosure, hardwood or engineered floors, and floor-to-ceiling glass on one or two exposures — four materials that each want a different product, packed into six hundred square feet. The visit itself runs top to bottom — high surfaces dusted first, kitchen and bathrooms cleaned and sanitized, floors vacuumed and mopped last so nothing settles onto ground already covered. Most of our Midtown clients aren't home for any of it: a key, a smart-lock code or an arrangement with the concierge is all it takes, and overnight and pre-dawn visits are charged at the same rate as any other time. Your flat rate is confirmed before we arrive and doesn't move afterwards.
